NEW delivery information 

Dear partners,

We are working hard with our partners every day to prepare and deliver your orders to the best of our ability. However the current situation has had an impact.
 
To ensure the safety of the staff in our warehouse, there is a smaller team than usual working on preparing your orders. This means that order preparation takes longer than usual, and as a result same day shipment cannot be guaranteed.
 
In addition the safety measures and delivery restrictions applied in each region, as well as a huge increase in e-commerce activity are causing significant delays to our standard delivery times. You should expect and average delay of 3 to 5 days.

NO DHL EXPRESS DELIVERY FROM WEDNESDAY 1 APRIL
  • DHL cannot currently guarantee express lead times, therefore from Wednesday 1 April until further notice, DHL express delivery will no longer be available
  • Please note specific delivery service updates for the following countries:
    • Switzerland: TNT Standard, 3 days
    • Bulgaria, Balearic Islands and Romania: DPD, 4 days
    • Andorra: TNT, 5 days

ORDER CUT OFF TIMES
Our warehouse and logistics partner, Katoen Natie, has put in place safety measures to protect their employees, and as a result, from Thursday 26 March until further notice:

Mainland Europe:
  • The cut-off time to place standard delivery orders is now 12:00 CET (instead of 16:00)
UK:
  • The cut-off time to place new orders is now 12pm GMT (instead of 4pm)
