COVID-19 Update

BUSINESS CONTINUITY UPDATE / COVID-19 PANDEMIC

NEW delivery information

Dear partners,

We are working hard with our partners every day to prepare and deliver your orders to the best of our ability. However the current situation has had an impact.

To ensure the safety of the staff in our warehouse, there is a smaller team than usual working on preparing your orders. This means that order preparation takes longer than usual, and as a result same day shipment cannot be guaranteed.

In addition the safety measures and delivery restrictions applied in each region, as well as a huge increase in e-commerce activity are causing significant delays to our standard delivery times. You should expect and average delay of 3 to 5 days.

The COVID-19 situation changing rapidly day by day in each country, please visit our transport partner’s website for more information on specific restrictions in your region:

DHL  DPD  TNT

For more information and any specific order questions, please contact your Customer Care representative by e-mail.
