Stanley/Stella among world’s leading Sustainable Brands
07 July 2020
HOT NEWS
Stanley/Stella has been listed among the top 16 leading brands in sourcing sustainable materials by the Textile Exchange (TE).SOME GREAT NEWS FOR YOU.
A huge achievement, Stanley/Stella is very proud to be in the ‘Leaders Circle’ of the TE’s Material Change Index (MCI) and to be the only B2B brand on the list. Classed alongside major worldwide brands, the Leaders Circle recognizes companies for their sustainable materials sourcing, as well as their transition to circularity and alignment with global efforts such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Alongside this accolade, Stanley/Stella has also been ranked in the top 10 of the TE’s users of preferred cotton from around the world. Again, we are the only B2B brand to have made it to the list and are the only ones in the ranking to source 100% organic cotton.
And the good news continues. After an extensive social audit, we have been attributed ‘Leader’ status by the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF), certifying that our management systems are operating at an advanced level and that we’re showing best practices in complex areas such as freedom of association.
From the beginning, our commitment has been to drive positive change in the textile industry. We are incredibly proud of our achievements and won’t stop here.
Why not find out more, and join us on our path to sustainability?
We don’t need to tell you more about why we are fully committed to organic cotton, sustainability, and transparency because we know you feel the same as us. However, this recognition is an amazing step towards telling the whole industry who we are and what we represent. More importantly, it proves that it’s possible to act differently together!
We thank you for your loyalty, and for believing that the textile industry can act in a responsible way that puts people and the planet first.
Spread the word to your clients. Be proud as we are.
